2. The Freight Delivery Process
- Appointment Scheduling: Once your order reaches your local delivery terminal, the freight carrier will call you directly to schedule a convenient day and time window for delivery.
- Curbside Delivery & Liftgate Service: Standard delivery is curbside. The delivery truck will be equipped with a hydraulic liftgate to safely lower your crated shipment onto the curb at the end of your driveway.
- Inspection Requirement: An adult must be present to inspect the exterior packaging for any signs of transit damage before signing the delivery receipt.
