We want you to be completely satisfied with your premium outdoor investment. Because our products are high-ticket items shipped directly from manufacturer warehouses, we enforce the following industry-standard return guidelines:
1. Order Cancelations

Cancelations must be made within 24 hours of placing an order to receive a full 100% refund.

Any order canceled after it has already left the manufacturer's warehouse will be treated as a standard return, and the customer is responsible for all original and return shipping freight charges.
2. 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be completely unused, unassembled, and in its original crated/palletized packaging.
3. Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for all return freight shipping costs.

Returns are subject to a 15% to 25% restocking fee, depending on the specific manufacturer's factory policy.
4. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives with visible damage, note the damage clearly on the driver's delivery receipt before signing and contact us within 48 hours at sales@verandaluxuryhome.com. We will handle the factory replacement parts or insurance claim immediately at zero extra cost to you.
